ABOUT ME
Naturally, I lead with curiosity. That combined with my experience in education and mental health have contributed to my ability to do three things very well. I ask key questions, I seek understanding, and I facilitate learning experiences that drive change. I engage people in learning experiences that develop their personal and professional knowledge, skills, and abilities.
My career has spanned different education-based roles with different types of organizations. I've been an instructor who has directly taught knowledge that I've acquired and I've also worked with others to develop their educational content. I've managed programs, advised leaders, consulted on projects and initiatives, coached, led workshops and trainings, facilitated groups, designed curricula, developed technical writings, and coordinated onboarding and orientation activities. Additionally, I'm a licensed clinician and have provided therapy services. I've gained a wide variety of experiences working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations to support their educational programming.

professional development coaching
Many professionals dream big, work hard, and wonder why they still haven't achieved the results that they're seeking. The truth is that it takes a lot more than a dream and technical skills to make the most out of your career. The reason that a lot of professionals struggle to grow is that they doubt themselves and they're not consistent.
By helping people to shift their mindsets and develop essential habits, I've helpedthem to achieve professional growth for over a decade. I provide guidanceand toolsto help my clients to:
Maintain goal-aligned mental, physical, and spiritual lifestyle habits.
Develop confidence and challenge self-doubt.
Build relationships that support professional growth.
My Approach
I take a whole-person approach. This means that I consider the connection between mental health, physical health, and spiritual health (from a Christian worldview).
