My family tells me that I've always been a curious person. They say that from the time that I could talk, I’ve asked a lot of questions and have passionately sought to get the answers to those questions. And beyond that, I've consistently tried to use that new knowledge to help myself and others improve their lives.

I love helping people learn, reflect, gain insight, and work towards change. I have and will continue to partner with individuals and organizations across multiple sectors, with a focus on supporting the learning and development needs of people. I do this by first helping my clients better understand their values, gifts, strengths, and goals. From there, we shift their mindset and actions to better align with their purpose and goals. This development can be a catalyst for growth in their personal and professional lives.
