I started my career teaching youth and youth-serving professionals in different settings. Those experiences were really showed me the growth that can be achieved through obtaining new information and having new experiences. And since that time early in my career, I've been able to understand so much more about how to use education to transform lives.

Today, I help people grow by engaging them in learning experiences. I do this through providing therapy, coaching, and facilitating workshops. I also advise leaders on topics related to learning and development. And, all of that is possible because the throughlines are understanding how people think and understanding how people learn. My expertise lies in helping people learn in order to impact personal, professional, and organizational capabilities.

My formal education includes a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), a Master of Social Work (MSW), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Additionally, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
