ABOUT ME

I'm a teacher. I've been an instructor who has directly taught information that I've learned and I've also worked with others to develop their educational content. My career has spanned different education-centered roles with many different types of organizations. I've led programs, advised leaders, consulted on projects and initiatives, coached, facilitated workshops and trainings, facilitated groups, designed curricula, developed technical writings, coordinated onboarding and orientation activities, and even provided therapy services. These may seem like vastly different roles, but the throughline is helping people gain new insights.

Naturally, I lead with curiosity. I love learning. That, combined with my personal and professional experiences, have contributed to my ability to do three things really well. I ask key questions, I seek understanding, and I facilitate learning experiences that drive growth. I engage people in learning experiences that develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities and in turn transform their communities and organizations.

I hold a Master of Business Administration degree, Master of Social Work degree, and licensed clinical social worker credential.
