My family tells me that I've always loved learning more about myself and the world around me. I’ve asked a lot of questions and have passionately sought to get the answers to those questions. And with that new information, I've tried to use it to help myself and others improve their lives. That's what I love doing!

I help people grow by engaging them in learning. I've done that with individuals, teams, and organizations across different sectors. My professional experience includes working in the areas of mental health, education, health care, domestic and sexual violence, and youth development. The vehicles that I've used have also varied. I've designed instructional material, facilitated workshops and groups, coached, advised and consulted, led people and programs, and provided therapy. And all of that is possible because the throughlines are understanding people and understanding how people learn. I know how to help people learn in order to impact personal, professional, and organizational capabilities.
