I take a whole-person approach to mental health. This means that Iconsider the connectionbetween mental health, physical health, and spirituality (from a Christian worldview).
I use different clinical modalities, but I mostly use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
Cognitive-BehavioralTherapy helps you challenge unhelpful thoughts and develop more beneficial thoughts in order to change their actions.
Mindfulnesshelps you to be fully present, aware ofwhat you’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around you.

Good-Fit Consultation:Before working with you, we'll have a no cost 15-20 minute phone consultation so that we can find out if we think that we’ll be a good fit for each other.
Costs Per Therapy Session: $125
Insurance: I do not accept insurance and I do not provide documentation for the use of out-of-network benefits.
