I provide online therapy services to men who are located in Missouri and Illinois.
The men who I work with want to be better versions of themselves in their dating relationships or marriages, fatherhood journeys, careers, and other areas of their lives. My practice focuses on providing men with a non-judgmental, supportive space as they navigate life circumstances. This includes support while navigating:

Dating or Marriage (I do not provide couples therapy.)

I take a Holistic approach to mental health. This means that I consider the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. I consider factors such as thoughts and emotions, physical health, nutrition, sleep, physical activity and movement, relationships, and spiritual beliefs and practices when I'm working with my clients. Additionally, I incorporate Biblical principles to help clients understand and navigate situations.

Existential therapy focuses on the choices we make and the discovery of purpose, meaning, and who we are.
Cognitive-Behavioral therapy is based on the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and actions affect one another.
Somatic therapy looks at the connection between the mind and body, particularly how thoughts and emotions are held and express themselves in the body.
Solutions-Focused therapy helps the client use their strengths to identify solutions to improve their lives.
Motivational Interviewing addresses the client feeling stuck or uncertain and draws out our internal motivation to move forward.
Mindfulness deals with our ability to be fully present, aware of where we're and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
Good-Fit Consultation: Before starting therapy, I do a no cost 15-20 minute phone consultation with all potential clients so that we can find out if we think that we’ll be a good fit for each other.
Insurance: I do not accept insurance and I do not provide documentation for the use of out-of-network benefits.
